Explore our aluminum die-casting services — from HPDC to final assembly.

When buyers look for aluminum die-casting services, what they really want is more than a molten metal process — they want parts that meet mechanical strength, assembly tolerances, corrosion resistance, and shipment-readiness.

At Yongzhu Casting, our job isn’t just casting. It’s delivering components you can assemble and sell — without surprises.

Let me walk you through the full stack of services we offer, and why they matter.

HPDC – The Foundation of Shape and Strength

High Pressure Die Casting (HPDC) is the core of what we do. This process defines the shape, surface, and even the future machining path of your part. But not every part is right for HPDC — and not every casting comes out “assembly ready.”

We use 280T to 2000T die casting machines, which allow us to handle a wide range of part sizes. For example:

TonnageTypical ApplicationMold SetupCycle Time
280T–400TSmall covers, enclosuresSingle-cavity~30–50s
800T–1250TMid-size housings, brackets1–2 cavities~45–60s
1600T–2000TStructural parts, large basesMulti-slide or insert molds~60–90s

Our typical alloy is ADC12, but we also support A380 and EN AC-46000, depending on your region and spec. Recommended wall thickness is ≥1.5 mm, though we’ve successfully cast localized areas down to 1.2 mm for weight savings.

We also offer insert-casting — embedding brass nuts or copper studs directly into the aluminum body. This helps reduce assembly steps for OEMs.

Why CNC Machining Is a Must for Most OEM Projects

Even with precise dies, most parts need finishing work. Why? Because you may need precision hole locations, thread cuts, sealing faces, or press-fit zones.

That’s where our CNC machining centers come in — horizontal, vertical, and 4-axis.

We guarantee:

  • General tolerance: ±0.05 mm
  • Critical tolerance zones: ±0.01 mm
  • Processes: Tapping, boring, grooving, facing, slotting, drilling
  • Verification: 100% inspection on key dimensions, plus CMM reports upon request

This isn’t optional — it’s what ensures your parts fit into your assemblies with no rework.

Surface Finishing Isn’t Just for Looks — It’s for Performance

We’ve seen it too often — customers skip surface treatment to save costs, only to fail salt spray tests or run into corrosion issues.

That’s why we offer:

  • Powder coating (common for outdoor, visual parts)
  • E-coating (for uniform coverage and corrosion resistance)
  • Spray painting (for flexible color/masking needs)

Before any finish, we prepare the surface by shot blasting or sandblasting to ensure coating adhesion. Colors can be customized — black, grey, silver, army green, etc.

For powder-coated or e-coated parts, we target ≥500 hours salt spray resistance with our composite layers.

Assembly & Packaging — What It Means to Deliver a Finished Product

We don’t just ship castings — we ship ready-to-assemble parts.

Many clients told us their previous suppliers’ parts were dimensionally correct, but couldn’t be assembled smoothly. Why? Missing torque control, misaligned sealing rings, or inconsistent fasteners.

So we added assembly to our service list:

  • Tasks we support: cable connections, gasket sealing, fastener torqueing, Loctite application, ultrasonic welding, and more
  • Daily capacity: up to 1,000 sets per line
  • Packaging options: anti-static bags, plastic trays, barcode stickers, batch sorting

If you send us a BOM or an assembly SOP, we’ll execute it — down to the labeling.

Our Technical Capabilities – What We Can Deliver

Here’s a snapshot of our full-service production setup:
