No. Yongzhu Casting mainly manufactures custom parts from customer drawings, 3D models, samples or approved specifications. The product examples show the types of components we can review, not a catalog of standard stock items.

Please send the available 2D drawing or 3D model, material requirement, estimated quantity, critical tolerances, surface finish and application details. Sample photos and basic dimensions can also be used for an initial review.

Yes. You can first send sketches, sample photos, basic dimensions or a description of the application. We can identify what additional information may be required before tooling and final quotation.

Yes. When required by the drawing, tooling, casting, CNC machining, drilling, tapping, surface finishing and inspection can be reviewed as one project.

The process depends on part geometry, alloy, size, quantity, wall thickness, tolerance, surface requirement and tooling budget. Send us the drawing so the manufacturing route can be reviewed before quotation.
