No. Yongzhu focuses on custom manufacturing based on customer drawings, approved samples and project specifications. We do not offer a catalogue of vehicle-specific retail replacement housings.
Can different aluminum alloys be considered?
Yes. Material selection is reviewed against the drawing, required properties and manufacturing process. Any special material treatment or additional operation must be confirmed as part of the project scope.
What happens if our transmission housing design changes after tooling has started?
Please provide the revised drawing and identify the changes. Their impact on tooling, machining, cost and schedule must be reviewed and agreed upon before modifications proceed.
