Produced by vacuum-assisted high-pressure die casting on 1600T+ machines, these components support ±0.05 mm dimensional stability and Ra ≤1.6 μm surface finish on critical interfaces, verified through CMM measurement and X-ray inspection.
Aluminum’s inherent heat dissipation capability, with thermal conductivity ≥100 W/m·K, helps support reliability for hybrid and electric vehicle thermal management. For corrosion protection, anodized coatings ≥20 μm can be applied to withstand 1,000+ hours salt spray exposure.
