Starter Housing Manufacturer
Our A380-T6 auto starter housings are manufactured by high-pressure die casting for lightweight strength, achieving up to 35% lower weight than steel and handling over 200 Nm torque. Vacuum-assisted casting controls porosity to <0.1% and enables ±0.05 mm precision on critical mating and locating surfaces. Optional anodizing enhances corrosion protection and thermal performance, supported by IATF 16949-certified process control.
Yongzhu Casting Specification
We supply aluminum cast parts only. Electrical components, copper windings, steel shafts, and rubber sealing parts are not included.
